Joanne Winter Arizona Silver Belle Championship

Practice round, that is to be played on Wednesday, Dec. 27th, is included in your entry fee.  Each Player is responsible for making her own tee time.  Tee time reservations for practice round can be made starting Dec. 17th by calling the Hillcrest Golf shop at 623-584-1500. Practice round is for Participants only and please identify yourself as a Joanne Winter Arizona Silver Belle Championship participant when calling.

The Silver Belle Headquarters will be located in the large tent adjacent to the man clubhouse at Hillcrest Country Club.  Please ask at the Pro Shop counter and they will direct you.   If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from registering on Wednesday, YOU MUST contact a board member.   Numbers are listed on the registration form.  There will be a MANDATORY PLAYERS MEETING from 5:00 to 6:00 pm on December 27th with a Buffet dinner to follow.

All Participants MUST attend the Players Meeting.  Participation in the Arizona Silver Belle Championship may be withdrawn if participants do not attend.  You must notify a Board member immediately, if you are not able to attend.

Dinner is for all participants.  Additional dinner tickets may be purchased.  Please notify tournament officials as soon as possible to include additional dinner guests.

First round tee times will be available December 19th on the www.azsilverbelle.com website, or by calling the Tournament Director, Kathy Gook.  This information will also be available at registration on Tuesday, December 27th.   After each round the following days' tee times will be posted in the golf shop, on the players' bulletin board, and also the website.

Awards will be presented following the completion of play.  We suggest that flight reservations be scheduled for after 6pm.

Frost delays are very posible at this time of year in Arizona.  Please make travel plans accordingly.
